Suggestion Title:

Make the jail time longer depending on how big/what crime you did.

How would it benefit the server:

Doing bad things would be more of a risk because if you do something horrible like Murder you get more punishment, then say you stole a car = less punishment

Potential Issues/Exploits:

IMO, bail % of fine should go up, and you should be put in prison for crimes depending on what you did UP TO A LIMIT OF 5 minutes. Would be irrelevant as the new system would allow users to set the crimes upon the person they arrested. You could see someone break into a car, but be out of range for the auto-wanted (crimes) to pick it up.

I see where you're coming from but I think it would be far better just increasing the time for auto-wanted crimes, as well as a shorter time if the criminal has no auto-wanted crimes. It could help for RDA being less annoying too.
