Suggestion Title:

Lowering the time you have to stay in jail

How would it benefit the server:

It would be less boring for criminals because every time a police even sees you with a guy they can just hit you with an arrest stick and boom another 2 min wasted which can become boring if this keeps on happening to you, it would also be more fun for the friends of those in jail because rather then going out of their way doing whatever there doing they go to the jail and spend their money on getting them out, they can just wait a minute

Potential Issues/Exploits:

This may make the bail system pointless but not many people use it now days because it's expensive.
