Server Name: SSRP

Suggestion Title: An option to disable the server-side HUD

How would it benefit the server: It would allow people (like me) to create videos on this server without the HUD.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None I can think of.

Additional notes: I have a few plans for videos if this gets implemented.
