Suggestion Title:Bypass Big Object Time

How would it benefit the server:This Would Clear Up Another Bug/Exploit

Potential Issues/Exploits:You Can Bypass How Long You Have To Wait To Spawn A Big Prop

Additional notes:If You Use Stacker It Says You Have To Wait 4 Seconds To Spawn A Big Prop. With The Advance Duplicator You Can Bypass That Time Limit
