TOPIC: ZARP1 map change to Bloc42

Server Name: Zarp1

Suggestion Title: Bloc42 on ZARP1

How would it benefit the server: It would benefit the server because the map has a good layout and it is the right size for the ammount of people. The shops are at a avery good location and look very nice where they are. The gas stations are nicely placed, the NPC's are well placed, the miners have a proper mine instead of a tunnel on downtown, the houses are better and have a very nice layout, the tunnels are exellent for spliting up the map and to me it feels just like a proper city.

Potential Issues/Exploits:Not any that i can think of.

Additional notes: To me I think that bloc42 made ZARP the best server on gmod. When i first went on gmod zarp was the first server i went on and i was blown away by the map. I thought the map layout was perfect, no imperfections, no flaws and I couldn't pick out anything bad about it. I know alot of people won't go on the server because they don't know what the map is, whereas with downtown it is a very popular map and alot of people know what it is. But I think that the map should be changed to bloc42 permanantly or just temporary to see what the peoples opinions of it are. Bloc 42 made ZARP original and different from every other darkrp server. The map made it unique and fun to play on. Don't get me wrong i still think zarp1 is the best server.

This map has been in the past two votes, and has not been chosen either times, I really don't believe this will be server one or two's maps for a long time, if ever.

I love the zarp1 map, i just think zarp2 should be the same so we can spawn in our op bases and not spend hours making other ones

Bloc42 has everything and it is overall a great map, IMO i think bloc42 has everything better than the current ZARP1 and 2 map. I really don't see why people haven't voted for it.

Basically people who have never played on bloc don't appreciate it, people who have played on it think it's either too small (which is highly untrue,) or really good. Bloc42 was the BEST map for zarp at one point, we even had a custom version made. It was a great map but unfortunately as long as we have kids on the server that think size is everything we won't be seeing it.

What if we get a lot of maps together and vote for one out of a pool to be chosen?

I don't see how people can think it's small, it's a decent size and when it was the current map it wasn't full and there was still quite alot of space houses to live in. I think that there should be another vote to see what people say (I don't know when the last votes were so...)

I got bored and wrote this to answer the question of why bloc42 failed the vote.

Well, to answer this question you have to acknowledge that because bloc is such a compact map, it's very easy to raid on it, and because people don't like to be raided easily and like to make a lot of dollar, it will never happen.

If #Bloc42 does not trend, #DemoteEMP will.
