Suggestion Title: Covering a car in props rule

How would it benefit the server: It would stop things like this (see spoiler below) that allow CDM without any chance of retaliation by the victim.


Potential Issues/Exploits: None I can think of.

Additional notes: "Fully covering your car in props so it and it's passengers cannot be harmed is not allowed." or something similar.

HUGE -SUPPORT This would mean props minging around and server lag!

The main purpose of this thing was so I couldn't cdm anyone. But you and some other people kept gravity gunning my car. I think it's a nice thing, it reduces the cdm =)

There is no need for this on your vehicle anyway as it increases lag it DOES NOT stop cdm as if you hit them they might get stuck between the car and the prop (any way u should not be hitting them anyway )and also it makes it very unfair if you hit some one and they retaliate
