Suggestion Title: Mug timer rule

How would it benefit the server: It would get rid of all the people coming up to you, requesting you to drop $4k in under 5 seconds and killing you when you just simply cannot do it because you didn't expect to be mugged or you just aren't fast enough.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None I can think of.

Additional notes: I suggest putting it at around 10 seconds.

I had this in mind, you bet me too it.

I have died countless times to mug timers under 5 seconds and it annoys me so much.

Time can be considered but for timer

+support. However when I tried to mug jayo, and I said drop 4k in 10sec or die! He kept saying " I dont know how to drop the money, if u shoot me its rdm " . So it took around 30sec, and I had to tell him to type /dropmoney
