Server Name: Server 1 and 2

Suggestion Title: Let Gun dealers Sell Gun licence's, I feel that the Mayor is never alive long enough and doesn't ever grant any/get requested. If the Gun Dealers were able to Offer say 3 types of Gun licence's say 1 life or 1 hour then the next would be say 3 life's/ 3 hours something like that.

How would it benefit the server: Stops people getting arrested for carrying guns, creates more money for the gun dealers and encourages repeat customers spending money.

Potential Issues/Exploits: I cant think of anything
