Server Name: SSRP 1 & 2

Suggestion Title: Shooting dead bodies enough will prevent them from being revived with a defibrillator.

How would it benefit the server: Prevent those aggravating moments when you accidentally revive an enemy instead of your friend which both bodies are in the area.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Make the Defibrillator a little less useful, maybe. | De-synchronization with the server will have a role in dealing the damage to finishing off the body. You may shoot at where the body is for you, but for the server, its behind you.

Additional notes: My suggestion is if that you do 50+ damage to a dead body, it won't be able to be revived.
