Suggestion Title: Change map to Paralake

How would it benefit the server: Better map as evocity is shit

Potential Issues/Exploits: None its a great map
Additional notes: Changing it to paralake ( a terrific map for perp) from evocity ( a bad map) will not only distract more players it will be more fun for everybody

This map was suggested a couple of times and we've denied it, everytime, we're gonna keep it to evocity and once you PLAY it and test it out, and then you don't like it, and no one likes it, we'll change it to another map.
