Suggestion Title: Bartender Job

How would it benefit the server: Most drugdealers get RDA because cops who doesn't read rules. Everybody is afraid of making alcohol because rulebreaking cops will ruin it always. So i suggest if there is diffrent job for bartender and he gets to make alcohol without getting wanted by scanner.

This has been sugested so many times. Just become a drug dealer and put your Roleplay job as "Bartender"...
