Server Name: Darkrp 1-2

Suggestion Title: Lottery

How would it benefit the server:
Why if the mayor does /lottery is the joining fee $0
This is totaly stupid.
Fix it make a option so the mayor can choose from $1- $1M
whit a slider so if they type /lottery a slider option will come on there screen and than click Start Lottery !

People can join in the next 5 minutes or more
than a random winner is choosen and it will be placed down in the Chat whoever won the lottery and how much !!!

Potential Issues/Exploits: Issues, if the lottery is always 1M the poor people can't join it..
1 huge Gang is joining the lottery to get the money than splits the profit.

Additional notes: i really like lottery !! im gambling addict !! add it !!
