Suggestion Title: Wanted List

How would it benefit the server: So cops know who they can arrest.
i've seen that the hitmans now got a hitman list.
Why not add a wanted list.
So cops can see who is wanted.
When they outside a house they can just check the wanted list and click on theire names that will show you the /crimes of the person, so you can raid the house and arrest the person for his /crimes.

I see actually nobody even use the /crimes anymore
this will improve the ussage of it and roleplaying.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that i know now.

Additional notes: i like the hitman list.. add the wanted list <3
