Server Name: SSRP Server 1 and Server 2

Suggestion Title: Damage Logs for staff or everyone like in TTT

How would it benefit the server: It will help staff decide if some kills are RDM or see who shot first

Potential Issues/Exploits: None as far as i can see.

Additional notes: That's really needed because it'll help more F1s finish successfully. (Rulebreakers get warned much easier)
