Suggestion Title: Patch notes for updates

How would it benefit the server: It would make it clearer to see what's going on in the updates, and it would also let us acknowledge the small bug fixes the lead team do that we don't usually notice (if they do any that is.)

There has been an update but i don't know what it is,
i know that the shop has been updated, they cash registery.

Before:
RPG price: 1200000

Now:
RPG price: 1,200,000

+support the only reason I found out what was in the update was because some guy shouted out in ooc some of the new things.
