Suggestion Title: Split up hotel owner & real estate

How would it benefit the server: 1 extra job added

- They can also open a 'real estate' shop, but should actively do this and not run a hotel at the same time. They should only own 2 other properties including their shop, to avoid buying the whole map.

Why only 2 Doors though, the map has over 50 Doors what is 2 doors?
Why not make it 10 Doors so they actually got chance to sell a house ?
Real estate are most of time rich persons and can have plenty of houses so why can we only own 2

maybe make it at least 5 but 2 is way too low, i really wish to roleplay like a real estate and make big profit like selling houses for 50k if needed, some times someone is in my shop where i put my shop i pay them 25k to move out of the house so i can just own the door..

Potential Issues/Exploits: People might get mad because doors owned and they can't afford doors, if you own 10 doors you must have at least 1 door that cast around 1000$ the others may cost alot more !
