Fixing Gang permissions
How would it benefit the server:
It'd make gangs more flexable

Now for a proper information:
What would this do? Why it would add flexable ranks with priority and ability priority. You could make it so Owners can kick anyone, Officers can kick and invite and plebs could only invite.
The options are limitless.

Some may be able to promote to the rank bellow it or perhaps to itself or maybe only kick ranks 2 bellow it. All permissions are modifiable.
