Suggestion Title: [SSRP Suggestion] Mini Cooper 1965 (Car)

How would it benefit the server: Hello, seen that the new rockford map is coming out soon I think that there should be a cheap and cool car to be added to the server. I really like the Mini Cooper 1965 from TDM Cars Mini Pack and I think that the server will like it. It could be a cheap starter car that people can rent/buy and ride around in if they don't have enough money for the other cars. It should be a server 2 exclusive because seen that rockford is coming out it will be more of a server where you will need to go around in a car and not on foot. I have made a video showing the car itself and also how it would look when you spawn and get the car.

Potential Issues/Exploits:None that I see.

Additional notes: In the video.
At the beginning I am showing when you spawn and then the player going to the car dealer and taking the car out/buying it. Then I show what the car looks like and how smooth it drives.
