Suggestion Title: Having a ZARP Custom Minigames Server

How would it benefit the server: Obviously I have my reason's to benefit this. Here you go:

• The gamemode is fun in general
• The rules are pretty clear for the game, so there is less rulebreakers and more fun makers
• There is a good reason to add the RTD(Roll the Dice !)
• The coding will be easy (I guess, not sure) as you can add the pointshop, and the MOTM.

Potential Issues/Exploits: There are none that I can see..

Additional notes: I really want this, and I hope you will also vouch for this!

Was as an option to pick a new gamemode; PERP won when Chris was still Community Manager.

Let's get PERP up and running before picking another new gamemode.
