Suggestion Title: Kick when not readed rules.

How would it benefit the server: Everyday we deal with rulebreakers,
as a moderator i try and ask everytime. so this is how i handle.

Did you read the rules? Yes or No?

Anwser Yes: You warn the person.
Anwser No: You kick person and say, read /rules when rejoining server.

But why the kick?

I kick them because if you haven't readed the rules, propably the base is rulebreaking, if he is playing he would get probably others into trouble for rulebreaking,
we should try and kick these players off so they actually read the rules and play properly.
this is how we can get less F1's

Potential Issues/Exploits: I know we can't get everybody to read the rules, some people actualy are there to rulebreak, but we are a good team and we will catch them thougd.
Hopefully everybody is gonna use this technique so we can have a more peacefull Zarp.

Not really has to be a rule, maybe it could be said in the moderator training or something like that, but i wish this could be an update towards all the staff members now and new members soon !

Not good idea. Ur job is to explain them if they didnt the rules...otherwise everyone could get a kick and not a warn

No, people can chose weather or not to read them, it's their fault if they get in trouble. It isn't required to read the rules it's just strongly recommended.

If they don't read them jail them until they do. Or just explain what they done and let them go with a warning so the f1s don't stack.

Don't kick, a kick is far too harsh. Instead, jail / freeze them until they've read the rules or jail them for ample time that they can read the rules. As a mod your'e trying to teach new people how to play as well as punishing them. There's dealing with rulebreakers but also caring for them and helping them learn.

Kicking a rule breaker for not knowing the rules will not suffice in experience.

but what if you catch the person in fountain breaking a rule, but you don't know about him having a total illegal base like 10 fading doors and stuff,
if you kicked him at that point,
no new f1 will come in since you kicked him and he should of readed the rules thougd.

well is it okay i keep my methode since i see it works and people do read rules than after..

1. You have no proof it works

2. It's very lazy

3. It doesn't help the tulebreaker at all.

A BETTER IDEA: force motd.

Pop up the rule and number of the rule by doing /motdforce (minge name)
