Suggestion Title: Private Threads

How would it benefit the server: It would benefit so that you can build a huge project like have a beautiful application or make a gang thread it would make most things not seem as rushed and pretty

Potential Issues/Exploits: Maybe some people won't be able to see it when they are put to public

Additional notes: Make it when making the post it has a little lock icon hat makes it private. when its posted and your not quite finish you can edit it, also when its done you can press the unlock icon and boom everyone can see it and it will bea t the top of the most recent!

I thought you were going to suggest something like : >You create a topic >Add a list of user >Only those user are able to post/view this topic I think it might be a good idea, but that's not the point of that topic I don't see how your suggestion would help.
