Server Name: ZARP RP 1 and ZARP RP 2

Suggestion Title: Diamond Crafting Hammer

How would it benefit the server: Crafting will be faster ~~and no crafting level required~~.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Gangs have MEGA Crafting, I don't know how they could like mega craft with a DCH. ( you get my point). Standing around just looking at something whilist holding a DCH. Diamond Crafting Hammer = DCH

Additional notes: It will be cheap because it's somehow useless.
