TOPIC: [SSRP] Refunds for shops when the server crashes

Suggestion Title:
A refund system that gives back any items that was inside the player's shop when the server crashes.

How would it benefit the server:
If put in place, this refund system would heavily reduce the amount of refund posts on the forum, resulting in saved time from the Head Admin giving the refund and people posting on the forums as well as the disputes over proof. This system may also allow for a reduction of F1's made as many people make F1's regarding refunds, an auto refund system would prevent this.
Potential Issues/Exploits:
There is the possibility of glitches in the system that could give people items back with out needing a refund, but it wont necessarily happen.
Additional notes:
I was recently affected by this and had to make a forum post, Nutzu said there should be a system in place and Nexize said to suggest it, so here it is! I also receive F1's almost daily regarding refunds, in my opinion life can only be made easier with this system in place.
