Suggestion title
Changing a certain question in the admin application template

How would this benefit the server?
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

This should be updated considering that a staff member can no longer accept their own appeals, i would suggest either replacing it with a whole other question, or adding something in the lines of:

Additional notes
This isnt really a suggestion, but more just an issue i discovered whilst reading some admin applications.
