Suggestion Title: Hobo Dumpsters

I made a suggestion around 1 year and 9 months ago, about adding hobo dumpsters around the map to add a more useful and more RP provocative reason to be a hobo, rather than being soled off as a slave for 10 minutes before logging off.

The way it could work is hobo dumpsters could be around the map located it non high traffic areas such as the gas station without the car dealer etc. The dumpsters when pressed E on would have a 60-120 second cool-down after use, and it could drop seeds, ammo, pistols, small amounts of money, etc.

Don't have high tier items in there, I'm just saying this would be useful for new players to get money and items while having fun and being RP provocative at the same time.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Too few dumpsters

God that one year suggestion makes me facepalm.

@Thread, I like the idea as it reminds me of Borderlands where there's containers and has rewards such as money and guns.

It would a more interesting aspect to the Hobo role but I don't really see it as being necessary.

One problem is that I've seen other servers with it, but it's not a big deal.
It would give more incentive to being a hobo, but how about it has a VERY slim chance of dropping a special weapon?
