What type of problem is it (Bug/Glitch) and what is it ?

Its bassicly a infinity Money Glitch.

How did you encounter this bug?

We wanted to sell our Apartment and it gave us money but didn't sell.

Time/Date (BST)

Around 21:30 to 22:05 GMT+1

This is bassicly how to glitch happens;
1. You buy a apartment
2. You sell it
3. Sell it again
4. Sell it again
5. You get money

PS; Me and Hoi sold a apartment twice and fixed our money by buying and then selling chairs again so less work for Jerry and illu <3.
