Additional notes:
Rule 2.2 governs the 'New Life Rule' which is inherent in DarkRP communities, but appears to be missing some imperative details.

The rule at present, with additions made in blue.
2.2 New Life Rule - Do not return to or interact with the area of your death (between two tunnels) that you died until 3 minutes has passed, this includes actively interacting with the people and/or situation involved in your death if they have moved.¹ There is a timer at the top of your screen. If you died in the spawn area, leave it promptly through the nearest tunnel or AFK at spawn. When your character dies, they must forget all circumstances of the death (eg: who killed them) and previous relations related to their death². This excludes, but is not limited to: declared gang relations; bases that you own; vehicles that you own; friends that you have made.

¹A common example of where this is effective is where a police officer purposefully goes to, but doesn't enter the area of their death waiting for their now-wanted killers to come to them. This is technically acting upon details of a previous life, but is classified more explicitly by condemning involvement with those involved in the death.

²It's called a 'new life' for a reason, because you're not going to remember or act upon things from your old life. As a matter of technicality, 'revenge killing' is not against any of the server rules at the moment.

I'm unsure about the second one. Yes it would stop the revenge killing but forgetting everything from the past?

Please forgive me for my rough overview Senpai-Chris.

This is SSRP, so I don't think that you should forget everything.

Like you shouldn't forget bases, or gang relations, but that's just me.
