Noclip Cloaking

Potential Issues/Exploits:
There is the potential for it to be abused, but I think that in this case the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.

Additional notes:
When you think about DarkRP, with staff members noclipping around the map to their heart's content as if they were an inherent part of the environment, sometimes it really gets in the way to have a staff member blatantly noclipping in the middle of a situation.

If that doesn't annoy you there, it would certainly annoy you on a Serious RP gamemode such as PERP. Roleplay situations involve a lot of meaningful and realistic interaction (or at least a lot more than you find on DarkRP), and so an administrator responding to a report or the like should not have to disrupt this. When an RP situation has concluded, the administrator (having been essentially spectating a situation with ease) can then discretely take out anyone who is needed for the administrative side of things.

The whole 'it could be abused' argument is obsolete, for the sake of strong roleplay it should be this way, and anyone who is found abusing it can be easily and severely dealt with.

It's a good idea; I remembered when I was a minecraft admin and became invisible to spook the players on the server pretending I was Herobrine. Good times.

Back to the point, I think it's a good idea.

I mean, if you use Noclip to build, then you might not want to be cloaked.
I have my Noclip, Uncloak, and Cloak binds right next to each-other, and all I have to do is move my finger 2 inches to become cloaked after going into noclip.
