Suggestion Title: ZARP Keys

How would it benefit the server: When you rob the bank, you get cases. My suggestion is to have ZARP Keys, which require you to have a key to open the cases in the vault.

Now before you all call this suggestion a crap chute, you would still have the option to open cases normally. But, if you open a case witha ZARP Key, the item you would get from a blue case would already be crafted. Instead of getting a blueprint, you would get a crafted version of that blueprint.

If you open a golden case with a ZARP Key, you would have a higher change of getting a special weapon (like orbital, m202, etc).

Keys would cost 1$ in the store, and have a one time use.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: Might help the server stay alive longer.
Also, for the holidays you could give out special cases that can only be opened with a ZARP Key.

At least it doesn't cost 1 buck.

EDIT: Also, 2 things:

1: Yes, the booster pack is kind of pay to win, that's why we don't need this.

2: You can get 5 of these, which would be the price of one booster pack. And then you can get 5 weapons from that, and just sell them all for an enormous price.
