Hello,

I was mining (1-5-2015 around 21:00 UTC +1) but the server crashed and now my diamond pickaxe is gone.
Here a screen of me typing /restore all and not getting it back and one from my inv.

We need proof of you owning a diamond pickaxe and proof of the server crashing. Please screenshot the console at the time of the crash.

You need a screenshot of it saying "You have a pickaxe waiting to be restored" and also, get all the textures bud. :side:

And i can't make a pic of the console while server crashed, but ask everyone else, the server crashed like half an hour ago.

So you changed your name. Interesting...

But we still need the chat log of it saying that it will refund you. It would have said that after you rejoined after the crash.

Yea changed my name hahah sorry for that,

I didn't got a message to refund it back that is the problem i got my M249 back that's it and not my pickaxe.
