Suggestion Title: Gang Chat and No Gang Damage and Bank Interest for money deposits

How would it benefit the server: I believe my idea will benefit the server in many ways, 1 of the main ways I think it would help the server would be by stopping gang members accidentally killing each other, it will also people that are offline to get kicked out of the gang, this can be useful as they might kill another gang member if there is not an officer online to kick them and I was also like to wonder if you could add like a /g command to do gang chat to chat to only your gang members

Potential Issues/Exploits: There are no exploits

Additional notes: The suggestion may be useless but I hope it helps and can be added
