As a police officer you cant KOS people in the bank becuase they are not wanted & if you do manage to kill someone from behind THERE FADING WALLS, they report you for RDM! I see your frustration. We had an empty bank. Nobody used it. We made it a hotspot in the map. A tip: Get a sniper rifle, and scope in where their head will pop out. More than likely, you'll get a headshot, and be able to engage from so forth.
