Server Name: SSRP server 1 & 2

Suggestion Title: Radios/Cellphones

How would it benefit the server: it would benifit the server because it would allow police and gangs to comunicate as a group (E.G. if there was a gang/ police raid and the gang/police were scattered around the map and not able to counicate they would be able to press SHIFT+F1 for example and use the radio/cellphone to use the voice feature and comunicate.)

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: i have seen this on oher servers before i joined ZARP and i think it would be nice to have in ZARP aswell. and the gangs may be able to have the Cellphone/Radio as a gang upgrade
