Server Name: SSRP #1 (soon #2 I guess)

Suggestion Title: I would like to request a balancing of the bank rules, because frankly, right now it's basically people basing the the vault waiting for the event to trigger.

I'm suggesting two things:
- No Building in the bank

- The building the bank is in to be police used only

-You may not KoS kill inside the bank unless there is an active heist on. Raids are only raids when the heist starts.

-You MAY build to block off entrances to the bank, providing there is one way in. (To not make the heists impossible)

If we remove building, we should remove NLR from cops - Mario's suggestion, I agree.

How would it benefit the server:
It would make raids on the bank challenging, as opposed to wait half an hour, press start, wait however long and win inside a base. It's boring, it's farmy and it's not accessible to all.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Maybe the heists would be hard, but that's the point, right?

the saddest thing is that, admins and mod are basing in the vaults not any random rule breakers, admins should show example to everyone to not abuse rule gap. By the moment these rules will be accepted those admins will have lots of cases, you also should wipe all cases from server.

I've built in the bank, yes. Because it's allowed. But it shouldn't be. It's stupid, there are usually 5-7 cops at max on the server and when they're against about 9 gangsters and a full base, it's terrible.

I know you like to make easy money from it, but please consider others.

lol we're doing it for cases basically. No way easy money as theres only like 200-500k in it most of the time, which will be split between the amount of players.

So I would like no building in the bank unless government official and also no waiting in the bank for 20 minutes (camping) its really unrealistic. After you raided the bank shouldn't you go out as fast as you can. That's if a heist is classed as a raid.

The robery time is based off of how many people you have robing the bank the longer it takes. We may consider lowering the cooldown slightly.

As for the rules you suggested I feel like the current system is balanced to give advantages to both sides. The people raiding ultimately have the advantage as they have time to set up defences and the police force has to go down to them. Remove either of those rules and you unbalance the system. Without allowing cops to break NLR it would be almost impossible to raid because the raiders would have all the advantages. As for a gang controling the bank that makes total sense, if you guys want a shot at the heists go raid them and take control from them its that simple. We arn't going to say people can't prep defences inside or stop them from basing because its up for rival gangs to take control if they want to.

As for closing off the one of the entrances that would also unbalance the system, because it would create a choke point. Defeating the original reason that the vent was added.

Sure, whatever, guess it's more KOTH than anything roleplay related. Sounds cool, but is there any other way to get cases? I'd rather not raid to get them.

HUGE -SUPPORT if u would not be able to build in the vault there's no way you're surviving 40 mins of cops storming in every 2 mins throwing grenades what allready is is that you cant base in the vault or have any fading doors
