Suggestion Title: More Payment options Such as Pay Safe Card.

How would it benefit the server:Not Everyone has a Pay Pal Account . i want to buy VIP but i cant since i cant access my Pay Pal Account at the moment. I normally use Pay Safe Card for such things so it would be pretty nice if u could add PSC to ur Payment Options

Potential Issues/Exploits. i dont see any at all

You could buy a pre paid credit card with $20 on it and pay with it. Or get your parents/mates/sister/brothers to pay for you and you pay them real life

If you can't get payal or just flat out don't have the money I suggest farming some rp cash and trade someone for VIP or you can just keep watching the forums to see if anyone is doing a give away. I believe they have been looking in to different payment options but like everything else it takes time to look at how secure they are and if there is any flaws in the systems.
