Server Name: Server 1 and 2 for SSRP

Suggestion Title: I was thinking in adding the IED bombs craft-able Obviously.
i was just messing about on singleplayer and i saw the IED i wiped it out and they way it works is:
Left click it should pop down a small box
move away
RIGHT Click and watch the area go boom.

How would it benefit the server: imagine if you sneak in the PD place one and tell your friends or advert saying bomb will go off in 5 4 3 2 1...BOOM and get all your gang member's/friends to rush in the PD/or base.

i think it would be top notch banter

Potential Issues/Exploits: TOO Over powered unless you require a lot for you to craft it

Additional notes: Just think about it and if it isn't on the servers for a particular reason please tell me
