Suggestion Title: Gang Section

How would it benefit the server: Many threads are related to gangs and it would just be nice to put them all in one place and for certain people to moderate like Jacknelli for Gems.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: Just to keep things in one place <3

Ya that would be great. If someone's interested in joining a gang then they can just go to that thread and look through the current gangs.
