Suggestion Title: Sell your cars

How would it benefit the server: If you bought a car and you don't find it useful, you can sell it.
But you won't be able to sell it for the original price ofc, you're gonna be able to sell it for 80% of it's price. (You can decide if it's 80%, 90%, 70%, or even lower.)

People will sell their cars back to the car dealer, it will be helpful for people who bought a few cars, and they're only using one or two of them. It will add to your roleplay experience, and also you should disable the option to scrap your own car.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: You decide if to sell it for 80% of it's price, or a different number.
It can be VERY helpful, and it's not such a big project to code it too.
