Suggestion Title: Having chairs automatically despawn after you change jobs from Furniture Dealer

How would it benefit the server: It would prevent people from glitching themselves into bases.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Might upset a few people, other than that, no.

Additional notes: None.

But then when a chair has been sold and the salesman changes job, the byer loses his chairs
