New gang system and gang upgrades

How would it benefit the server:
Lets face it, the current gang upgrades that are available are way too costly for things that don't have a lot of benefit. New upgrades that are actually useful and a good investment to a gang should be implemented instead of the current upgrades. As for the gang system itself it should be re-worked or added that you can promote members to something like "officer" within the actual gang system itself, allowing them to invite/kick people to and from the gang. This would make it a lot easier as one person would not have to invite and kick every single person. Another re-work to the gang system is that you can kick them from the gang when they are not online. It is a pain trying to kick someone that never comes online if you are trying to clean up your gang and when they do come on they give your gang a bad rep. I don't know how easy or hard all of this would be to do but I am sure many people would agree that a re-work to the gang system would spark a lot more interest in DarkRP and make the gang system much better.
