Zarp Sandbox | Friendly staff | Loads of fun | Suggested by Usm !?

Suggestion Title:
Make a sandbox server

How would it benefit the community :
We could have another Zarp Server

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Issue - EMP would have to code a hole new server
Exploit - People could spawn props or dupes that can / could crash the server.

Additional notes:
I have done some research and my research has shown that sandbox servers are the used garry's mod servers and they are the 3rd most popular gamemode. I think it would be good for Zarp to have a sandbox server it would make zarp a bigger community and my make more people buy VIP , any how i would like to hear some other peoples feedback in this topic.
