TOPIC: [SSRP] No More Checkouts Without Permenant Shops.

Suggestion Title: The introduction of a no more floating or random checkouts rule.

This is how I imagine the rule looking in the official list:

2.10 Random Checkouts - You are not allowed to place a checkout unless you have built or are currently building a shop. Checkouts must be placed inside a building that you own or have permission to use.

Why i think this should be introduced:
Currently most players that decide to RP as a gun dealer or a shop owner will place a checkout at spawn. Yes this might be the fastest way to get a quick sale but there is no RP at all during the transaction. I am suggesting that we force shop owners to keep their checkouts inside a building that they own.
Advantages

• We encourage RP
• We encourage building as the nicer looking building will most likely receive more business
• We stop arguments over player placing checkouts in front of their stores.

Disadvantages

• To begin with lots of players will not understand the new rule

Potential Issues/Exploits: None as far as i can see but please feel free to comment.

Additional notes:
If you think that this rule will be bad as it stops players from creating "markets" - People will still be allowed to build markets but they will have to do it inside. Perhaps own one of the big warehouses and group together to make a nice looking indoor market.

I remember on Block42, when we used these shelfs for the guns instead, and you would see them laying on it (Im not sure why we got rid of this)

Anyways, this seems like a cool idea, even tho it might take abit of getting used to, also, introducing the new refund system to the shops would make it way safer selling rare items such as flashbangs, orbital strikes etc.

I suggested this sometime ago but it got denied. It's one of the many reasons why I don't really RP anymore (other than the explosives. The old Zarp (Last Dec-April) was the best and I hope that they change things back or atleast tweak the current stuff....
