TOPIC: SSRP saff of the week?

Hey why don't we do something like what AlmostLost did so staff members on zarp can be in the "Hall of fame" if they've been doing really good

I like this, then they'd compete, and would be more resolate. And that would make them do more F1s and be more up for the challenges they would meet.

there will be a short list of names on a strawpoll and then the lead them choose who they think should win . (1 vote each )

I think it's a great idea, every month there should be a poll, not just for the staff to decide but for the players to decide aswell. This would encourage staff to do more F1's and create a bit of competition for the staff team.

I personally think there are too many staff on darkrp for this to be an effective and efficient system.

Some staff on SSRP should really rethink their position cause from what i've seen, some don't do their jobs and i'm sure that having this system will probably reward the weak staff members for not doing anything helpful.

Anyway, back on track. There should be a selection in a meeting of 5 mods who've done good, and 5 admins who've done good. Then 2 Votes should start, one for mod, and one for admin. That way, the staff who actually can see who takes F1s, can nominate eachother. I could see the mods and admins favouriting their favourite colleagues, which would make a problem, but it's still worth a try. The winners shouldn't be able to be nominated for two months or so. Since they will still be on the hall of fame.

I don't need to be in a hall to be recognized for something. I'm too fabulous for that.

Sounds like a good idea but it'll just be me and Patrick Star alternating every week
