Server Name: Zarp SSRP 1 & 2

Suggestion Title: Lights admin only.

How would it benefit the server:Eliminate most of the server crashes attempts.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes:The light tool currently is accessible to all ranks such as user , from what i see most people crash our servers using the light tool , making them Admin only or a higher rank would eliminate most of the server crash problems.Or (Patrick star's idea) , you could make it so that everyone can use it but you can't interact with it (weld , phys gun etc)

- Support Some buildings/bases are pretty dark, what will you do without lights then..? If someone crashed the Server with lights he gets banned. I understand that suggestion but they will always find a way to crash the server. If they want to crash it, they will crash it. I dont see why we should remove tools then.
