Suggestion Title: Gang Upgrade

How would it benefit the server: Yeah i have Think on this thing a while now and now is time to take it up. I want more gang upgrade to make the gang better and more fun. I give you a few tips mabey we can add? Mabey make a gang system bigger like other ranks can invite or kick members from the gang?

Car-Motorcycle? = 120mil?
Item- 20% off on all buy/Upgrade item? = 160Mil?
Mining/Crafting - 20% Faster? = 200Mil?
