TOPIC: [SSRP] Adding RT Camera To everyone

How would it benefit players? It would make it more easy to have a more secured base and having cameras that could either be shown on HUD or be added to materials. When going to materials it can be added to a material (I use the TV from Cs) And have it showing in your room. Insteada of going into the camera beacuse srs guys, thats not RP you have a small TV showing areas, not this camera that ppl has. It's also easy to forgot to take a look at it and when your not ready, there's 5 cops battering your door.

I have seen that it is already there but not for the players only for superadmins and i thought hey why is that so and that might be beacuse it can only be one material. So just add in the config to it adds more materials or only showing the specific camera materials for those who placed that camera. My friend made it work (kinda) so you should be able to do so.

Potential Issues/Exploits Only problem is that it can only be added 1 material (Camera angel) at the time. But it's still a really cool RP tool

If you allow everyone to use RT Cameras you can simply surround your whole base/ a whole area with these cameras and see everyones movements. That would ruin the fun of raiding.

We already have cameras for everyone that have the same ability. I really want monitors for them which would be supah cool.

It would make it just really overpowered in my opinion.

You sit in your base and see every corner arround your base at the same time.

The rt camera can be abused really easy
There is a reason Why Its only allowed for admin+

This wont work sadly... If you have 2 RT cameras to close to each other only one of them will show on the screen, For example we were securing the beach when the server was getting crashed. Redpheonix had a camera on the other side of the beach and only 1 of the cameras were getting shown on both our screens... I love the idea but dont think itll work and most probably create fights between people that cant use them cause someone elses is to close.

Nexize you can easy see them with normal cameras too. Thats the point of cameras... Don't you think raiders have had too much bombs and not allowing a small camera for basers? Cmon dude

If there is any possible chance to make the cameras inviduell for everyone so you only can see your own materials.

Yes rayman what i'am trying to say is that making it so you can add multiple materials instead of one. I don't understand how you think the casual cameras are roleplay. So ugly and anoying to click a hotkey to get to it instead of lookin on a nice TV instead.

Like what? If you can break rules with RT cameras then you can most likeley do it with normal cams

I think it will be really bad if rt cameras will be added. i wil probaly not play dark-rp that much like i do today if it gets added.

I don't know if you guys notice but you can only have one RT camera on the server (well you can have more but the screen will show the camera that has been toggled by its owner, for example: I have a camera and so does bob but I press my toggle button and everyone can see m camera and bob can see mine to - it works visaversa) this would not turn out well.
