Suggestion Title: Smart Weld tool

How would it benefit the server: The Smart Weld tool is pretty much like your regular welding tool but with more features and possibilities! Using the smart weld tool you can do things such as change the
stability of the weld, autoselect an area to weld(very useful when making a base) and a couple other things that some people may actually find useful.
Since EMP has updated the server 1 map, Many people have been interested in making things such as boats, Which when you use the regular welding tool, the boat just creates a lot of lag which affects all the other players on the server.
By using this tool you can adjust the stability of your weld.
eg: If you have many barrels all welded using this tool to create a boat and the weld has been set to the higher stability, The barrels will stay as they are and wont "wobble" around at all times which results in reasonable amount of lag.
I'm sure many people that make bases would really love this tool since you can select a certain area and weld it, helps when duplicating a build, Instead of having to weld all the props you can just select them with one click.

Potential Issues/Exploits: I'm not aware of any ways players could abuse this tool.
If i find anything while i'm testing out this tool, i'll be sure to post it.

Additional notes: An addon i wanted to suggest for a while since you can make many things by using it.

I'm changing the suggestion to the Smart Weld tool instead because it does the same and even more and better. After a bit of playing around and testing the polyweld tool i've decided that it isn't a good tool. I've installed Smart Weld and after switching one setting it did pretty much the same and even more! Nope... Boats are not allowed And Eventho og They gonna be allowed. Do I have a script on My pc that freezes All props on the server each 6 min.
