Why don't we have age limit to become staff?
So today I got warned for "false demote".
This cop guy arrested me for no reason. He didnt do /me and weapon check. So he baton rush me and I demoted him.
Then "Angel" sound like 14 / 15 yo old *correct me if im wrong* teleported me to the fountain. So he warned me for "false demote", and at the chat I said "WAIT LEMME EXPLAIN", and he warned me....randomly.

I hope there a age limit to become the staff.

If there is a rule-break such as RDA you make an F1, you do not demote for that reason. The staff member will demote/ban him from that job if he/she deems it necessary. I have seen some of the younger staff do just as good of a job as the Admins and SuperAdmins so I see your point but all I am saying is that of like RandomedudeDK, even the youngest staff member could do as good of a job as some of the more experienced. So if you believe that this person did a bod job because they were young they you are probably wrong. Also as Jackneli said,
