Suggestion Title: I suggested to overmake the rule about mugging in mining area + adding Autoclicker rule

How would it benefit the server: (about the autoclickers) If it says in the rules they are allowed, we get less F1's with the Question if they are allowed or not.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes:

I went through the Rulepage and saw this:

Miner/Crafter
Raid/Mug: No.
Print: Yes.
- Can own any gun.
- Should only base with other people from the middle class group.
- Police should defend the mining area from muggers and hitmen, as it is a hotspot.

I got told that the rule got added already, here:
- Mugging: You may not mug for more than 4k. If under FearRP, you can not refuse this if you have the money, and you can not kill your mugger once they are finished with you. You can't mug more than 3 times over the course of an hour; mugging will have to comply with criteria such as being in a secluded area, and properly roleplayed in order to avert powergaming. You can mug with a melee weapon under the rule that gun beats blade, and you can not mug in the mines.
- Raid: FearRP does not apply.

Which was kinda hidden.
I'd suggest to overmake the Rule Page, it says in Job Rules:

- Police should defend the mining area from muggers and hitmen, as it is a hotspot.

This is wrong if its not even allowed to mug there. / and Its not needed to say in the rules that Miners should be careful of Hitmans. ( Thats why I was confused and didnt see there was a new rule )

Also maybe we should remove the miners nlr likecops dont have nlr in the pd, i mean theres nowhere else to go for a miner or crafter than to their job aka. the mine
