Suggestion Title: Edit the rules: Autoclickers are allowed , Mugging in Mining area shouldnt be allowed.

How would it benefit the server: less people complain ( afk miners with autoclickers come back and find themself dead> make F1's about RDM and in the end they simply got mugged. + less questions about " are autoclickers allowed? "

- Can own any gun.
- Should only base with other people from the middle class group.
- Police should defend the mining area from muggers and hitmen, as it is a hotspot. "

I'd suggest to add the "no-mugging-in-mining-area" rule at the top of the rule page.

Instead of "- Police should defend the mining area from muggers and hitmen, as it is a hotspot. "We could add
"Autoclickers for Mining and Crafting is Allowed. "

Edit: I dont think it is needed to say in the rules they should be careful for Hitmans / police should defend anyone from hitmans not only miners/crafters.

It's already against the rules to mug in the miner area.
